Botched hidden penis repair using skin graft. Declined the case because there was no viable skin
43 year-old male with significant hidden penis who underwent previous circumcision when he was born. He underwent gastric bypass, Semaglutide, an aggressive exercise for 1 year. He lost about 100 pounds, however the fatty tissue at the mons pubis would not shrink. The fatty tissue as well as the skin with drape over his penis, making it difficult to urinate. He underwent hidden penis surgery and excision of the fatty tissue in the mon’s pubic area. About 1 pound of fat was removed as well as excess suprapubic skin.
